The Maltese-Italian Chamber of Commerce (MICC) is a non-profit organisation whose aim is to develop and increase business opportunities between Maltese and Italian entrepreneurs. The MICC was founded by Anthony Miceli Farrugia in 1988 at the personal request of the then Italian Ambassador H.E. Marcello Spatafora. Recognition by the Italian government, through law no. 518 of 1970, was obtained on 15 January 1991 and MICC is a full member of Assocamerestero, the Association of Italian Overseas Chambers of Commerce. The Chambers meet the needs of private companies and entrepreneurs, professionals and freelancers, chambers of commerce, export consortia, business associations, trade fair and exhibition organisers, and local institutions, both Italian and from the countries where the Chambers are based.

Founded in 1991, the Munich Business School (MBS) is an officially accredited private higher education institution based in Munich, Germany. MBS has been state-accredited since 1999.
